In 2017 ging Paul een samenwerking aan met John Nicolai Makelaardij, totdat de heer Nicolai in 2020 overleed. Sindsdien is Schneiders Makelaardij volledig zelfstandig actief. Het kantoor biedt diensten zoals aankoop- en verkoopbegeleiding, hypotheekadvies, verzekeringen en taxaties.
